  3. HEALING FOR OUR BODIES, SOULS AND SPIRITS

FASTING SCRIPTURES:

  1. ISAIAH 58:6-12 Breakthrough.
  2. ISAIAH 40:31 Renewed strength for those who trust in God.
  3. Daniel 9:3-4 Daniel’s fasting was a time of prayer and seeking.
    God’s understanding of his people’s plight.
    receive revelation and guidance from God.
    Seeking God’s revelation and understanding.
  4. Esther 4:16: Seeking God’s intervention in a critical situation.
  5. Matthew 17:21 – “However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting”.

ADDITIONAL SCRIPTURES:

These Scriptures offer encouragement during fasting. Isaiah 40:29-31, Matthew 11:28-30, Philippians 4:6-7, Psalm 34:8-10, James 1:12, and 2 Corinthians 12:9-10. Isaiah 40:29-31 is a powerful reminder that God provides strength to individuals who are weary and promises renewal for people who trust in Him.

FASTING FOOD:

  3. Nuts between 12 noon to 5 pm
  4. 5-6 plain soups

  3. Cucumber Juice
